Can I download a report for evaluation? If yes how?
No, an electronic indicator only detects a violation of the temperature limit. If you need an evaluation of the data, please use a tempmate.®-S1 datalogger.
What is the minimum order quantity for special configured devices?
The minimum purchase is one unit (40 pieces)
What additional costs arise with a special configuration?
Since the tempmate.®-i1 must always be provided with a corresponding alarm configuration and can not be programmed independently, you will not incur any additional costs for special configurations.
What is the delivery time for the tempmate.®-i1?
The current standard configurations are available on stock. Your order will usually be processed within 24 hours. Special configurations are especially produced for you. In this case, please expect a delivery time of 4-6 weeks. For availability inquiries, please use the contact form

Is it possible to get a test sample?
Of course you will receive a test sample on request. Please send your request via the contact form.
How can I order the tempmate.®-i1?

Can the indicators be used after the expiration date?
The loggers may be functional after the expiration date. The use is at your own risk, it is not guaranteed that the logger meets the accuracy requirements and maturities. It is therefore recommended to use the indicators only within the shelf life.
Can the tempmate.®-i1 be recalibrated?
Since it is a disposable product, recalibration is not possible. If recalibration to your quality management system is required after a certain period of time, please use the indicators within this period.
What does the tempmate.®-i1 cost?

Can I dispose the used loggers in the household waste?
No, please dispose the loggers properly in electronic waste. If you do not have access to a suitable disposal service, please ask your local disposal company for a suitable collection point for electronic waste.
Can I use the tempmate.®-i1 to ship frozen food?
Yes, the tempmate.®-i1 fulfills the requirements of EN12830 and is therefore also approved for the shipment of frozen food.
Do I have to pay attention to shipping the indicators regarding the current IATA guidelines?
No, the loggers do not fall under “Dangerous Goods” according to the IATA guidelines. You can read the official statement here. Link to the Statement
Can I also order the tempmate.®-i1 separately?
The tempmate.®-i1 is sold exclusively in packaging units, the unit contains 40 tempmate.®-i1
Are the indicators calibrated?
You will receive a “Certificate of Validation” as proof of accuracy with each packaging unit.
Can both single and cumulative alarms be programmed?
Yes, both are possible, also with an alarm delay.
Can the tempmate.®-i1 be programmed?
Yes, your preferred configuration can be programmed for you ex works. Programming via the tempbase software is not possible. Please specify your preferred configuration when ordering.
Can I stop the indicator?
No, the indicator can be started by means of the snap-off tab but can no longer be stopped
Can I use the indicator multiple times?
No, it is a disposable product
How long can the tempmate.®i1 indicator run for?
Its maximum life is 180 days.
What’s the best before date?
The BBD date is 4 years in the future!
Can I use it in the same way as the tempmate.®-S1 data logger?
The technical elements are similar, but for cost reasons, its functionality is restricted. If you don’t require a detailed PDF report, the indicator can also be used as a standalone solution. It can also be used in conjunction with the tempmate.®-S1 data logger, in order to provide various PDF reports on different aspects of your delivery.
Can I generate a PDF report?
The indicator provides you with a status report using only the built-in LED indicators. There is no readout function for the PC.
Does the indicator have a memory function?
The tempmate.®-i1 stores the extreme values (the highest and lowest temperatures). In the event that the upper or lower temperature thresholds are breached, an alert is triggered.
How long can the tempmate.®i1 indicator run for?
The maximum duration is 180 days
