Dashboard

Dashboard Overview

The tempmate®-cloud dashboard is divided into two sections, which are shown as
All Devices and My Devices.

My Devices – presents all data loggers that have been assigned by the logged-in account
All Devices – presents all data loggers of the company account to which the logged-in account belongs.

However, the structure of the two tabs is identical.

In the header line the tempmate®-cloud dashboard provides a quick overview of the status of all tempmate® devices added to the account. It shows the total number of devices that have been assigned, how many are active and inactive and the number of tempmate® data loggers that have already sent an alarm to the cloud.

Data loggers that have been active within the last 30 days are also featured in a separate table with more information and a map of their current position.

Dashboard Template

Each user has the option of creating their own templates for selected devices.

Clicking on “Create New Template” opens the input screen where the desired devices and associated sensors can be entered.

After saving the Dahsboard template, the tiles with the previously configured data/sensors are displayed below the device table in the dashboard overview.

Filter Settings

The featured devices can be filtered according to various criteria at the top right-hand edge. These include:

  • Date filter
  • All Devices
  • Active Only
  • Stop Only

Based on the selected filter settings, the number of tempmate® data loggers displayed may vary.

If the information on the data loggers given in the overview is not sufficient, it is possible to call up details of the respective logger via the ‘View’ icon in the last column, which leads to the Evaluation Page of the device.

Device Status

In addition to general information about the devices, two columns about the current status are also given – one for the activity status and one for the alarm status. The individual statuses are marked with different badges.
To get a better understanding of the meaning of the individual badges, we have created a small summary:

Status Badges

The device has been started and is recording data. The status will change with the next upload.

The device is currently active and recording data.

The device has been added to the cloud account, but has not yet been started.

The device has already run and has been stopped.

The device is an offline device whose data was added manually via the PDF upload. (More information about the PDF upload)

Alarm Badges

The data recorded by the device is within the set limit values. No alarm has been triggered yet.

Alarm thresholds have already been exceeded or undercut.
