In some cases, reports need to be created and exported from the tempmate Cloud regularly. To automate this work step, we have implemented the Reports function.
With this feature, desired reports can be viewed only or sent to a given e-mail address as a PDF or CSV format after specified time periods without the need for manual intervention.
All previously created report requests can be accessed and edited in the Overview tab under Reports.
With Add Report, you can create your own report jobs in just a few steps.
In the first step, initial details such as name, description and interval can be assigned to the report.
After that the desired period that the report should contain is then selected.
The next step is to select the desired device model.
It is possible to choose between these options:
The recipients are assigned in the last step via the input field and Add Recipient.
As soon as all steps have been successfully completed and the required information has been entered, the created report is displayed in the overview and can immidiately be generated.
