This sub-item offers an extension of the company-wide setting options. Furthermore, important links and tokens can be created as well.
The start page is divided into 3 parts – Customer Setting, API Token and Support URL.
Company Settings
Specify responsible user which are set as default for assigned devices.
API Token
tempmate API tokens can be used for the following purposes:
- Public PDF Upload: assign the uploaded documents to the corresponding tempmate offline logger
- Execute logger data from the tempmate cloud and import it into an own data management systems
This is how API tokens are created:
1. Click on Add New Token and a small popup window will open.
2. If “For PDF Upload” is checked, the API token can be used for this. Otherwise it is possible to use the token to retrieve data from the cloud. In addition, a responsible user can be defined and a usage time limit can be set.
3. Finally, the API token is generated and can be used for its intended purpose.
Support URL
In the Support URL tab, links can be created with which the tempmate team can access your account. This allows the tempmate team to reproduce and understand your problems even better. This offers maximum assistance and can shorten the support process.
Generate Support URL and choose the specific rights and validation time.
The support URL has been generated and can now be used.
